Trying to have a go to list of favorite restaurant salads or meals that are great choices. Nothing worse than thinking you are making a great choice then BOOM you over did it on the calories

Mixed greens with dressing on the side or just a side of vinegar and lemon. Depends if I'm on a cut or bulk though! To answer the question though....aside from calories my FAVORITE is a quality Caesar salad or an Asian chicken chopped salad!

Anything thats a grilled chicken salad with cranvberries, goat cheeses and nuts with light viningarettes on the side are my favourtites. However I do find sometimes the nuts if they're candied can push it over for calorie worth

Not sure where you are located, but if you go to Applebees, the Thai Shrimp Salad is good. And listed at 390 calories.

Cafe Rio salad with shredded chicken. No dressing, extra lime, no cheese, no tortilla strips. Very filling and full of flavor.

Same. Too many calories and there's always stuff I don't want in them... If I want a salad I'd rather do it at home and have control of toppings.
