Hello all MFP's,

Just wandering if anyone has any idea how many calories are in the cinnamon waffle crunch dessert (with two scoops of ice-cream).

I have been searching the net and I am not having any luck on getting a figure (pardon the pun!!)

I am desperate to fill my diary in correctly....

I am most grateful for all replies.

    All I can find is their chocolate waffle at 650 cals, don't know if that includes ice cream or not

    I tweeted them once, unfortunately they don't have calories for anything except the lighter options. Shame, cos i feel restricted as to what i can eat there because of it.

    I find it hard sometimes to log when I know I am over, so well done for being honest!! Tomorrow is another day, sometimes when I go waaaay over one day I stay about 50cals or so under the next few days, makes me feel better even if it does not really help
