Prepping to get my 2nd show going. T-22 days until I get to hit the stage once again. Last October I lost over 45 lbs in roughly 120 days to do my first show. Felt like crap but we'll worth it for those few minutes. Now kept the weight off and trying to lean down more and continue this awesome journey. Steady state Cardio 2x a day for 30-40 minutes is now the objective for these next 3 weeks. Can't wait!

Anyone every done a show?

    I've done two NGA shows. I'll do another next spring. I compete in women's heavyweight bodybuilding. Due to prior injuries I don't do much cardio during prep.
