Hip stress fracture

Hi all! I'm newly diagnosed w the beg of a hip stress fracture. Anyone out in MFP plans ever dealt w that? Anything I should know? 4-6 wks on crutches/walker is what doc is recommending. thankfully I'm in no pain.
