Super hard keeping weight on when doing OCR's. Well, it's hard when eating right anyway.

    Eat more food. Just increase your calorie intake of the healthy clean food and you should be able to maintain your weight. Tweaking your macros may help.

    Also if you are racing competitively you may just be leaning out. Most OCR athletes are lean so they can be fast. Body building isn't your friend in this sport, as it is at heart an endurance sport.
