Ambitious goals, but starting at 0?

Well, I used to be able to do this stuff, but thanks to injury, giant amounts of school and university work, personal issues and so on, I ended up not being able to do anything I used to have fun with in the past.
Yet, I don't plan to dwell on *kitten* that has happened though, I plan to rebuild and relearn things I used to have fun with. Something I've started out trying before, but usually I went in too fast and risked renewed injuries or was just too overworked and frustrated that I ended up pausing again.
So, is there anyone like me or a few people that just want to go for it because they've never done it before?
Whichever one you are, I am willing to start a small series of challenges that will gradually build up to a more ambitious goal. Going a bit slower, but steady.
And me personally, I do have problems with "slow" when it comes to myself, however I'm very good for looking out when it comes to others, so having some company will certainly help me see where I have to step on the breaks for myself, too.
Ideas for more ambitious goals so far are:
Handstand push ups
all three splits while standing
I'd be happy to have anyone joining me and you're very welcome to add a goal of your own.
