Hello Everyone! I've been doing MFP since April of 2015. It has changed my life! I'm down 42ish pounds. Want to lose at least 10 more, but I've plateaued. I think I'm not eating enough calories. I'm eating clean. So, I will be adding more calories today, but I'm nervous about it. Not sure how all this "posting" works on this app yet, I'm learning, so sorry if I don't respond or know how to add friends yet.

Why would eating more calories help you to lose weight? Just think about it for a minute or so.0

There's a great flow chart that walks you through what to do if you're not losing weight. You can find it with the information given to new members--the "stickies". I'd take a look at that to solve your problem. There can be alot of different reasons, so don't despair. You've managed to lose alot already, so you can get back on track.0

So you need to ask yourself why you want to lose 10 more pounds. I plateaued after losing 46lbs and was obsessed with losing 4 more. One day it occurred to me that I'm healthy. I'm not starving myself. I'm active and fit. those remaining 4lbs were just a barrier to me being satisfied with my weight.
I don't know you. Maybe you really need to lose 10 more pounds to be healthy, but I'd encourage you to examine your thought process on it.0 -
