I'm not very big and never have been. But I did join a biggest loser contest and lost 20 pounds, then started using weights and lost another 3 and many inches since January 2013. I just saw my 13 year old grandson this weekend for the first time in over a year. His first comment to me? "You look so thin". Felt really good!

    That's awesome! He's still about at that age where kids are brutally honest, so you know that's not a fake compliment!
