I am finally understanding Macros and I am balancing them really well. Carbs 50%,
Fat 30%, Protein 30%, My question, I want to eat some of my Banked Calories once in awhole, BUT when I do, I really mess up my Macros for the day. So, what do you do?

To be honest the days I'm using up my banked cals, I don't bother paying much attention to macros, because I'm usually overindulging and making the most of it0

Protein above should of been 20%, not 30%.

How can having extra calories mess up your macros? Or do you just mean you don't balance them as well?
I look at my weekly cals and macros, so one 'bad' day doesn't matter too much over the week.0 -
What do you mean by really messing your macros up? Your macros are a great thing to be aware of and can help you balance your nutrition...but obsessing over them is hardly necessary...0

I just aim for a protein goal of. 8g grams of body weight. Other than that I don't care what my macros look like.0

My macros are perfect today with my planned lunch today, but now I would really like to have a Mt. Dew soda with my lunch. Adding the Mt. Dew messed up the macro balance. No...I do not want diet soda.0
