Try a different medication for the migraines. I found Catapres is not considered by doctors but did the trick for me. half a tab twice a day.
also your OP shows you know how to do it but find it hard.
The unprocessed food is the winner. and the calories have been discussed by so many people above I won't add to that. make your goto snacks healthy as.
I could eat cheese and chocolate once i got on Catapres that fixed the lot.

I only got symptoms recur when I quit drinking cola. I took headache pills till the symptoms stopped (about 2 months) and now I have no problems.
Don't even need the Catapres any more.

No. It's not accurate. I'm sure you do a lot of cleaning, but it's not 400+ calories per hour of exercise. Your heart rate needs to sustain pace for it to be accurate. Exercise is defined as performing physical effort to improve fitness, putting the dishes in the sink isn't. So unless that mop and those dishes are working up a sweat equivalent of a slow jog for an entire hour, it's not accurate.

I'm guessing you don't do much housework. Of course, most men can't handle that kind of work load. That's why they go into easier professions like military or construction or computer coding. It is the rare man who can efficiently manage a household with only 1-2 children. Never heard of a stay at home dad of 7 kids. They just can't hack it.

    Wow, sexist much?

You're right. I'm sure being enlisted in the military or working on a construction yard is no where near as hard as moping or sweeping the house four times a day. Add in the dishes and you have quite the work load going!

I drink a gallon of water a day min. I do work hard at this. I resent anyone who says I do not. I run a house. I work out. I write articles. And I try my best to eat well. My budget for my eat for the family is about 1000 per month. Maybe a little more. The foods I listed that I can't have are because of my migraines. It's food allergies. I am not being picky. I am not being a jerk I am not being fill in the blank. They will MAKE ME SICK.
I have gotten lazy yes. If you look in my diary months before I was very dedicated. I was losing 2-3 pounds each week. I would exercise 1-2 hours daily.
I am so glad you all are having fun making fun of my frustration and chronic pain. I am officially sorry I asked for help here.

You have several days in your diary that you don't have any food logged. I would say that lack of consistency is where your problem lies.

Also, stop counting your cleaning burns. Whether it's accurate or not, that's part of your lifestyle (which should be set as lightly to moderately active) rather than exercise.

Log every bite. Weigh and measure all of your food. Set your MFP goal as lightly or moderately active. Be consistent.

I'm so sorry that some folks are not being understanding. Anyone who has ever mopped a floor on a 90 degree day would understand. Let alone someone that had a 30 pound child strapped to them. Pay them no mind.

Taking it easier during the time your DOCTOR has advised will not put all the weight back on you. However, I would attempt to do something during this time so that you keep some sort of a rythm going.

I'm sorry that you are going thru this. Having 4 daughters that suffer from migraines, I understand how it can make you feel less than motivated.

I gave legitimate advice on a forum called 'General Diet and Weight Loss Help'. I'm sorry if my observations aren't too your liking.

The bottom line is calories are not being tracked correctly either coming in or going out.

I didn't see the reply there. I know I haven't been very consistent lately. I have been going a lot plus chronic pain. My calories I eat are tracked correct. I weigh and measure everything. I am sorry you don't feel me strapping my 30 pound baby to my back while I clean isn't exercise I do. I sweat my heart rate is over 120 doing it. it takes over an hour to do it.
I lost weight since yesterday. My dr suspected I would He actually thinks I will lose 50 pounds in a few months in a higher dosage on my meds.

I think I will set my activity as active and not count any of my exercises. That is a great point actually. I am on my feet most of the day.
