OK........ So I joined my fitness pal 3 years ago and was very dedicated to working out 6 days a week and counting my calories . I literally became a but over it . in 2012 my family and I decided to pack up and move from Washington state to billings Montana. I started working again as I was a stay at home mom back home and I lost 30 more pounds. So I felt amazing of course . however .... Life happens and I lost focus of my health goals. Work got the best of me . went through a bitter divorce and lost my mother . so ... Naturally I gained a lot of the weight back . I know what to do and how to get back to where I started but I feel so disgusted with myself and it makes facing everyday miserable . so I guess I'm just looking for motivation and positive people to help push me back to healthy . this time around I'm focusing on my health and learning healthy eating . losing the weight is a bonus..... Thank you all for the support I look forward to getting back on track
