I am the leader of a organization known as TOPS. (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) and a member weighed in last week and lost 5 lbs and was really excited. I asked her how she did it and she showed me a phone app of this group. I don't use my phone for anything other than calling, texting, etc so I looked it up on the computer and am trying to figure out how to navigate around this group. My first day I went way over my limits which is understandable and I will just try and do better today and the days after. What I love is it told me how much carbs, calories, etc I should be at without my having to look everything up. This is what I really needed. I'm excited about this new adventure which will be a tremendous help for me and I hope to get better results on my weight loss journey. Thanks! I look forward to hearing from anyone.
