So I'm really trying to lose my belly fat within a month. What's the best advice? What workouts how should I eat?

Um no. You are gaining a flatter belly because you are losing weight, AND because genetically that's where your body allows you to lose weight first.
I too lose weight above the waist first, below the waist last. This is unfortunate for me because I'm a pear. So called "flat belly" diets are just gimmicks to sell diet books and diet plans.
OP - just eat fewer calories than your body uses. Calories in vs, calories out (CICO). Do workouts for fitness. You can't spot reduce.0 -

That won't happen until you lose the fat everywhere else. Belly is last. Keeping carbs under 100 grams/day will help with belly fat loss.
