Now i got to stay here

In the past 3 yrs i went from 368 size 48 pants with high blood pressure and diabetis to 184 my goal with no diebetis or high plood pressure and half my wieght. Now im working towards 174 that wau when it comes to the endvof the month and i run out of doe fer healty food and gain weight ill still be inder my goal.

    You have accomplished a lot!!!!!
    Cook some rice and beans. Those meals are cheap. Also, cook eggs because they are cheap.

    You did very well im in the same situation I'm starting at 270 I'm on pills and insulin your an inspiration to me my problem is knowing what to eat I tried weight watcher didn't work
