Does anyone include supplement calories to their total daily calorie count?

I count my supplements in my daily calorie count but I'm wondering if I shouldn't. I rarely exceed my calorie count for the day but I'm wondering if I don't count them maybe I could get another snack in. (Btw..I don't count my workout cals as part of my daily allowance). Any suggestions?

yes. your body does not know the difference between a 'supplement calorie' and a piece of broccoli calorie. a calorie is a calorie.

if you look closely at the supplement barcode and imprint the image in your brain, then the body knows its a supplement

Started with FitMiss...only 90 calories, but changed several times. I'm using Six Star Whey Isolate right now...140 calories. Unless I can find something better I'm back to the FitMiss when this is finished.
