Hello, just started doing crossfit a month ago trying to gain some weight.could use some motivation and friends

    Hey, I really liked crossfit. I have been out of it for a year now and need to get back into it. Been in school and just didn't have the time

    I've been doing CrossFit for three years! You can see some amazing results from it, just gotta be consistent and get your diet in check (if it isn't already) :) Feel free to add me!

    Yes in just the month @rachsoderberg I have seen some results .. My diet is pretty good having trouble keeping weight on though.. Not sure how to add someone

    Weight gain means adding muscle mass so I would think there are lots of people here that could help.
