    Congratulations to you. I am 20 pounds away from my goal weight which will be 100 pounds los in total from my highest. I am so anxious and excited to get there. I lost 30 pounds 5 1/2 years ago and kept it off. Then, in September 2014 I finally decided it was time to lose the rest. I am like you in a lot of ways. I have done it by making small changes and adding more as I have gone through this as well. It has also taken me a lot longer than it should have but I have not given up. Good luck on the rest of your journey. I'm sure you will complete it. :smile:
