I've googled around trying to get a clear answer on efficacy of creatine consumed past its expiration date, but no clear answers. Has anyone seen actual results/studies clearly showing that expired creatine is less effective than non-expired creatine? Thanks.

Creatine has a shelf life of a couple of years, but if you are wary of product, why not just buy more. Creatine Monohydrate is $.02/gram at most.0
