Keep on moving!

Good day to all

After putting health and fitness off for far too many years I finally committed to indoor cycling and occasional treadmill (incline mostly) exercise. For the last month I lost 4 lbs with the help of the Apple Watch and the MapMyRun+ app for diet tracking. I'm beginning to feel more energetic and eager to be active. I just need to keep pushing.
