I do a class at my gym. It is really fun even though I don't have any rhythm!0

I love CIZE!! I've been doing it for 4 weeks now and although I am an old white woman - and dance like one - I have definitely improved. I love the way Shaun T breaks down the steps. The first dance is the easiest and they get more complicated as you progress. Every time I start a new routine I think - I'll never get this one - but so far I've managed them and that gives me the confidence to keep going.
(Don't know much about Dr Oz or why he recommends it - but in this case he's right!)0 -
Been wanting to try... But I don't have a did player and not sure if I would know how to hook one up lol0

I also love cize and do it daily. I also lift weights and am seeing great results with that combo.0

My gal is doing Cize and really likes it. She's done lots of dance workouts and this one is definitely making her think and work. We've done most of T25. She hates it, I love it. We both did Hip Hop Abs. I did it in trade for her doing T25. Tried Cize and hate it. If you like to dance you'll enjoy it.0

I'm really sad Beachbody or ShaunT associate with Dr Oz I feel it gives the product a bad rep. Cize is fantastic if you like to dance. You work up quite the sweat. I can't dance at all and I had a blast. If you need more info let me know.0

There are other options besides the DVDs. You can stream it online. If you can use a computer or tablet you can get Cize!

Cize is great! I lost 10 lbs doing Cize for a month and eating clean. It was amazing. I still use it as well as Zumba and strenght training. Great combo!0

Cize doesn't even feel like exercise, it's so fun!0

I went to a 4 week Cize class and it was way too easy for me. I barely broke a sweat. I won't be doing it again but for someone who is new to working out it could be a fun class.0
