Femoral neck fracrure

Hi all! I've been newly diagnosed w the beginning of a femoral neck (hip) stress fracture. Anyone have any experience w this? Anything I should know?

I had pain deep in my hip but not bad pain. Leg felt weak, couldn't balance well on that leg. Was waking weirdly. I thought it was referring pain from my back- nope- no disc problems, I also had thought maybe it was muscular.
