Negative Calorie Adjustment.

Ok, so I'm curious. I have almost 18K steps today with an hour and a half run as well as the rest of my steps. I'm at a -237 calorie adjustment. Now this is a little frustrating because this feature being enabled tracks my activity throughout the day, using my vivoactive. Now it's the end of the day. I'm well over my 10K step goal, how much activity would it take to get to 0? What does it want from me? 50K steps? What would it take?

Have the two apps synced together today? Sometimes mfp can be glitchy syncing with other apps. Over 10K should be a positive adjustment. One other thing to look at is your activity level. Maybe if you have it set too high it would do this?

Did you set yourself to very active or something in MFP ? If you set it to sedentary the breakeven is usually around 3000 steps.
