56 yrs, female, lost 52 lbs., 5'8" tall, now 148 lbs.
Exercises done on a regular, rotating basis:
Elbow plank- 1 minute
Piano practice- 30-60 minutes
Treadmill walking- on 5% incline at 2.5 mph- 15 minutes
Hatha Yoga- 30-45 minutes
Running up and down 2 flights of stairs- 5 minutes
