Well I am asking, coz yesterday I had a huge emotional breakdown and I just couldn't get myself to eat anything till after midnight ( had breakfast then at lunch time the problem happened). I could'nt bear anything entering my mouth, I just could'nt. But had dinner , I guess we could call it that about 1am some salmon and salad which I couldn't finish.
So, do I really have to force myself to eat and reach the calories of the day?????

No. Would you force yourself to drink when you're not thirsty? I don't.

You should probably try to get your micros and protein daily even if you have fat to lose. That's usually how I play it. If I was at my optimal body fat %, I'd force myself to eat.

You could save those calories for later if you like.

As long as this isn't a regular thing, you're fine

Those days are much rarer for me than days when I'm too hungry, so I definitely save those calories.

If it's only one day, you're fine. You didn't gain weight in one dayday, so you're not going to do any long term damage in one day either.
