Quitting Smoking: Once Again

I was able to quit successfully almost 11 years ago but I had to change EVERYTHING. I told my smoking friends I was quitting and that I couldn't hang out over their places for a while and they were very supportive. I stopped drinking alcohol, started running and (seeing as I was ready for a new one anyway) got a new car. I used the patch as well which gave me some crazy weird dreams and the jitters but worked. In my mind I was going to be a non-smoker. You need to be ready, it needs to be your decision or you wont succeed.0

Like she ^^^ said; "it needs to be your decision or you wont succeed. " Once you decide this is what you're truly going to do, you'll do it.0
