whats up everybody....i just joined yesterday and honestly this is the greatest thing ever....i have been bodybuilding for years but always just estimated my macros..i just ran a low carb cutter and lost 25lbs in 6 weeks....im now at 210 and starting a lean bulker tomorrow...i look forward to chatting with everyone!!!!
