Anyone ever read/have this book? Just got it to give me an idea of receipts but am afraid they have too much cheese and protiens. Are the recipes in this book what a normal meal plan looks like?

Keto focuses on hitting a protein goal each day. You keep your carbs low and eat fat to feel full.
For example, these are my macros:
1,357 calories
20g carbs (6%)
93g protein (27%)
101g fat (67%)
I eat under 20 carbs a day (almost all from veggies), aim to reach 93g of protein a day and I can have up to 101g for fat. The less fat you eat the less calories you consume. So, sometimes I come in at 1,300 or 1,200 calories if I am feeling full.
Alot of people follow this calc for Keto : http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/0 -
The book explains all of that in the first two chapters. It is mostly a normal Keto diet designed for 60-80% fat / 20-35% protein / 0-5 % carbs.
Maybe Keto is not for you. Consider low carb high fat instead (LCHF)
