Just another scam. There are very few supplements that do anything for you in the fitness industry. Stick with eating less and don't throw away your money. Weight loss takes hard work, and patience. There are no magical products out there.0

Plexus changed their formula in Jan. 2014. Prior to that, weight dropped off of me with it. After that, it all stopped. And that happened to a ton of friends of mine as well. I actually sell it because I use so much of the probiotic it's worth it for me to do that. But I stopped the drink long ago b/c of the formula change. The best thing the drink is good for now is for people with inflammatory autoimmune diseases like RA, fibro, etc. It is still an excellent anti-inflammatory in that sense. But for weight loss, not worth it.0

Looking for an easy way to lose weight, my wife tried this -- sold by an acquaintance -- for four months. No weight loss.0

Weight loss will not occur without a calorie deficit. You and your friends losing weight on the drink was a coincidence because you were eating less calories than you burned, it wasn't due to drinking the drink.0 -
Used the majority of their products for 5 solid months. The only thing I lost was $$$$.
Don't believe their marketing BS...0 -

The purpose of the drink was to curb appetite. So yes, calories were way cut back because of no appetite, thus the loss. The formula change removed the curbing appetite factor which had been a huge help previously.0 -
thanks everyone for your input. It was certainly helpful.0

The appetite curbing was a placebo effect. The product was a scam before and after the ingredient change.0 -
You know why they changed their formula? Because it contained harmful ingredients that are banned in several countries. Sure, it may have curbed your appetite... and ruined your insides. I've heard that methamphetamine also curbs your appetite.0

Yep, a couple of their ingredients were banned in Australia. They changed them so they could export to more countries..0
