What am I doing wrong?

I'd love to have some of you nutrition pros take a look at my diary and tell me what I'm doing wrong. I've been between 141 and 138 for the last month. I exercise regularly and weight/measure my food. What am I missing?

And, no, I don't expect to lose 3lbs/week, but 1-2 consistently would be nice.0

You don't have much left to lose so you are probably looking at a healthy rate of loss closer to 0.5 pounds per week. Those last pounds come off slowly.
As for your diary, it doesn't look like you are using a food scale for all of your solid foods. You can get quite a bit more accurate with calories if you weigh all of your solid foods in grams. Accuracy gets more important when you have a smaller deficit.0 -
I do, actually for the meat and veggies. Not so much for the fruit, and if anything, I've found I underestimate that.
Ugh. Can't it be like .5lbs/day??? Haha0 -
What are your height, weight, and activity levels?0

Weigh all solids. It's especially important for calorie-dense things like nuts and peanut butter. Even weigh slices of bread and pre-packaged things because those weights can be off what's listed on the package.
An easy way to weigh peanut butter is to put the jar on the scale, tare the scale out to zero, take out your peanut butter, then put the jar back on the scale. That will tell you how many grams you removed from the jar.0 -

Make sure carbs are kept below 100 grams/day.

Your diary is closed/private. What is your daily calorie intake? How much of a deficit are you in?

Yea, 1500 would put her at a decent deficit.
My suggestion would be to change the excersise routine from just the kick boxing. A solid weight training program helped me break below 120. I'm 5"2 and had a hard time getting under 120 for years.0 -

Thanks, all. I just started the C25k program yesterday. Doing the run and boxing on the same day should equate to a 700 calorie burn (I've used an HRM to calculate previously). Still keeping my calories at 1500, hopefully that'll add a spark and get me out of this plateau.
I'd like to add in a weight training program at some point, but the boxing place I go to doesn't have much and now that the weather is nicer, going out for a run is more appealing than spending more time in a gym.0 -

Personally, instead of logging/eating calories from running back, just don't log the exercise, and bump your daily calorie goal up to 1600-1700.
I doubt highly you're really burning 700 calories from those exercises. Probably a lot closer to 400. Running is about 100 cals/mile (as low as 70/mile for light folk), and boxing is pretty close to cardio exercise, so you can assume 80-100 cals/hr.
Also, the not logging exercise, then eating back prevents rapid swings each day for how much you can eat, which can cause some problems, in and of itself.0 -

Sorry, have to disagree with you about the exercise. My HRM estimates 171 on the run, so I figure it's actually 125ish. For boxing, my HRM has consistently clocked in around 650-700/hr, again, I estimate down. Boxing class entails 15 minutes of cardio, (8) 3 minute rounds of hitting a heavy bag, cardio for the minute break in between, and core to end it. And, I beat the crap out of the bag - not tapping it and calling it boxing. lol.

You have reached a weight that is most peoples goal dont get to upset your doing great If i were you i would continue what your doing just increase the workout0

You need to use a food scale. When you are getting close to your goal, precision is a must. Weigh all solids in grams0
