I have recently lost 80 pounds and still need to lose a little more to get to my goal weight, but lately I have been unable to stay motivated and stay on track. I slip up often and need help sticking to a plan. also, I need any helpful weight loss tips or hunger satisfaction tips besides water, I drink tons!

Have you taken any breaks while losing weight? Sometimes a diet break can give you time to refresh mentally, which then allows you focus better when you go back to cutting. I continue logging and exercising normally during breaks and just set my calorie goal to maintenance.

I am pro diet break. 80 lbs loss is amazing. If you haven't taken a diet break, I highly recommend it.

I have no science to back this up, but at points when I have not been losing, I have taken a diet break and had an easier time losing once I got back into a deficit.

A diet break can be a good thing. And, if you're getting closer to goal, have you reduced your deficit (i.e., reduced your rate of loss)? That can be a help as you get closer to goal.

Another option may be to try some variations in your routine, to see if it makes it easier to stick with whatever deficit you have. I'm thinking of variations in timing of your eating, or composition of what you eat. Sometimes that can increase satiation & satisfaction.

By timing, I mean things like how many meals/snacks across the day, and which ones are heavier calorically (3 meals, vs. 3 & snacks, vs. 5 small meals; big breakfast or no breakfast; bigger dinner or smaller, earlier or later in evening).

By composition, I mean the types of food and proportions of macros (within a healthy range, nothing crazy). Try a little more protein, or a little more fat, or increase high-volume/low-calorie food (usually veggies), or something like that.
