Anybody go for a Sunday Run day?

Hello esteemed MFP community!
Lots of runners save the MLR (medium long runs) for Sundays!
Curious to see how many miles or km you ran on this fine Sunday!
I did a short 2 miles at about 10min/mile with a surge at the end at about 7:30min/mile for about 1 minute.
How about you?

Happy Sunday to you (and all)
I went to the hill this morning and did lateral shuffles and reverse sprints like 4x each. Then jogged 1/2 mile to flush out the burn.
I'm determined to get back to running by the summer.

Yup Due to a foot injury, I can only run about one day a week. I save it for Sunday. I usually run 4-5 with my sister, but I'm doing a 15K next weekend, so we've been upping our mileage little bit. Went out for 7 miles today with my daughter. I love Sunday run day!!0

I took yesterday off. But I usually do try my long run on the weekend. Going to get 5 miles in today0

I had a slow 10 mile run yesterday. I wanted to go farther but I ran 12 miles Saturday so I decided to cut it short.0

Sundays are my favorite days to run. I go to the trail by the canal. I did 3.3 miles straight yesterday (6.3 total with running/walking). It was amazing0

I usually lift on Sunday afternoon, but if I'm tied up in the afternoon I'll go for a long run in the morning. Did 8-9 miles last Sunday morning.0

6 miles ran on Sunday, for a total of 22 miles last week. Very sore today!0

I had a 10K race so that was my (not-so) long run this week. But it was lovely, great weather, and felt super nice and easy after the tortuous icy half marathon I ran on the 20th. Ick.0

Sundays are usually a rest day for me, but the sun was shining so I thought what the heck, and did a leisurely 5k. No PBs, no world records, just a steady 5.2mph jog. It felt great.0

I did 8k on Sunday.
It wasn't my best as I decided to try a new location but didn't check the trails. It was so icy I had to walk in spots. Even though it took a little longer than I had planned I got it done!0 -

I did 12 miles yesterday. Was a fab day for it. Got a half mara next weekend and Weekend after. I'm training for my first marathon in may.0

Ran a lot last year, but got caught up in another exercise program that's filling up my weeks. But I started my Sunday run again at the end of February. Got a nice 5 mile run in perfect conditions.0
