Losing modivation

I've lost 25 pounds since I started Christmas Day. Now I'm starting to feel less and less modivated and I'm only 1/3 of the way to my goal weight. I just feel like all this hard work is getting me no where. I look in the mirror and do not see any difference, it's hard to stay modivated when I don't see any changes. Has Anyone else felt the same way? How do you stay modivated when your sad you dont see anything positive?

    Congrats on your loss! If you've lost 25 lbs, your hard work obviously had paid off. Are you taking progress photos? If not, start today! Are you taking body measurements? If not, start today! Surely your clothes and rings are looser! These things will help prove to you the progress you've made. We tend to deceive ourselves when looking in the mirror. We also tend to forget what we looked like before.

    I was the same. Mine was very slow progress but I kept going and a year later half my body fat was gone I'm on my second year and with muscle this time around I'm almost there. Scales are deceiving. Stick with it you will see results. The longer it takes to loose chances are you'r results will be long lasting results. Feel free to add me.
