I have a huge bruise on my thigh that needs covering up. The make-up I have doesn't seem to cover it. I have till the weekend ot make it "disappear." Any ideas?

I'm with the people suggesting pants, but if you're going to be wearing a swimsuit or no pants  , try rubbing a bit of toothpaste on the bruise. It's a trick I picked up years ago for hickeys.

Glamoflauge by Hard Candy. It can cover tattoos.

    Also, spray tan.

Oh! And Sally Hansen airbrush legs! This one is basically a spray makeup for your legs.

The only one that you won't have to worry about it rubbing off is the spray tan.

Spray tan. A. Good concealer. Can you wear nude or skin colored pantyhose with your costume?

She's a dancer so she may need water resistant concealer due to sweating.

Mary Kay concealer comes in skin tones and yellow and is waterproof. I once tried a makeover on my Sister in Law who wanted to wash off the foundation thinking another one would be a better match. We cracked up when under her eyes the concealer was still there but the foundation had washed off. You'd need to find a local lady to get you some right away.

Or at the store make sure you get a water resistant one. I agree with the suggestion of a green color, or a yellow color might work too. Ours is heavy, get a heavy one. Then if you went over that with a bronzer type leg cream or self tanner with color in it I think you'd have good coverage.

If you are the main attraction or don't have a bunch of other girls in your outfit maybe you could put a sparkle tattoo over it like the ones they sell at Ziba. Might distract enough. Hope any of these suggestions helped. Happy Dancing!:flowerforyou:

Um... no not a stripper, although I have the utmost respect for any person who do that on a pole. Ladies and men alike.

Yes! Thank you all! A mash up of your wonderful ideas managed to cover my bruise enough! Now to hope it fades a little before Friday night!
