How acurate is the MFP calorie deficit to lose 2 pounds a week? It is giving me the number of 1690 based on my age, height, and weight. TIA!

Try it out for a month, log everything accurately, and if you're losing too fast or too slow (excluding possible water weight losses in the initial weeks), adjust accordingly.0

It seems accurate for me, -1000 cals a day = 7000 cals a week. 3500 cals burned = 1lb of fat0 -
It depends on how much you have to lose, really. If you only have a bit of weight to lose there is no way that you can have a deficit big enough for losing 2 lbs per week. 1200kcal for women and 1500kcal for men is the absolute minimum MFP will give you as less is unhealthy.0
