Mine is around 1250 most days. You can add me if you are interested in seeing it. I eat mostly home-cooked food (as opposed to pre-made/pre-packaged....obviously with exceptions.0

That is not an intelligent approach - the key is to fuel your body appropriately for your lifestyle - when you cut too hard you may not be pleased with your long-term results - unless of course it's a way to allow for inaccurate food loggingsnutmegoreo wrote: »
