Hey, friends! Please suggest some easy fitness tips to reduce my weight.

    walking- any distance to start ,it free and you can go whenever it suits you. i started off with the block where i live it took 20 mins now it takes 14 mins and now i walk for up to 70 mins 8 months later . good luck

    I just downloaded a free app canned 8fit haven't tried it yet but it says it gives you 10 minute routines and they have you do a brief fitness test before you start so they can assess which exercises are good for you. I'm definitely going to give it a try.

    Weight loss is done in the kitchen. Fitness is important for good health, but to lose weight you will need to eat less calories than you burn.
