As crazy as it sound I wish to gain weight never went on like a food beng b4 unless it was snacks lol my goal set of now is 15lbs just to see how I can control it to the weight I want where I want with exercise...how bout yu guys?...any tips

Aye in the same situation rn. I weigh about 185 and I'm tryna get back up to 200lbs. My advice, which you probably already know, is calculate how many calories you need to consume a day by using this app or any calorie calculator online. They'll tell you how much you need by your weight and height so it's pretty easy. Most importantly tho make sure you WORKOUT! A lot of people just add the weight, but if you W/O you'll keep a nice shape.0
