I don't have one...I don't feel guilty when I eat certain foods. I get my nutrition on and my fitness on and call it a day. I don't have time to feel guilty about food. Also, no body should be feeling too guilty about dark chocolate...it's highly nutritious.

wine. And it's more of a treat now, because I don't drink it as often.

I have lots of treats that I like - those low cal ice cream treats, cocoa almonds, peanut butter mixed with maple syrup, cookies or candy (less often).

But the only treat I usually feel guilty about is wine, but only when I drink too much.
  • Nachos. Like the heavily loaded kind... oh so tasty!

My current "om nom nom nom" is a tub of plain greek yogurt with jello chocolate and white chocolate pudding powder mixed in. I die.

Also, my homemade naan bread is amazing.

Ben and Jerry's Peanut Butter Me Up. I can't buy it because I eat too much in one go >_< A small serving isn't bad but I end up having 1/4 or more of a tub at a time.

Really good ice cream. I refuse to eat it in moderation, so I seldom have it. But when I do have it, I overindulge spectacularly.

Haagen Dazs Dulce de Leche is a dream. They also use to make a flavor called "Creme Caramel Pecan" that was the best damn ice cream I've ever experienced. Haven't seen it in years!
