I like to make a big batch of healthy chili and we will eat it for dinner all week.
Definitely this. Chicken is usually always on sale, so I get a big pack and turn it into chili, or soup, or some sort of big batch meal and eat it all week. Some other things that are fairly cheap I like to snack on are rice cakes, with peanut butter and trail mix on top. When you are portioning everything out, it all seems to last so much longer.0 -
Same I make hearty soups and salads. Veggies are your friend and a diverse diet! I buy produce thats on sale and let my more expensive stuff be clean meats. I eat random veggies too. Its cool to try new stuff and save monies0
