Meal 2-200 grams Chicken with 200 rice

 Meal 3-175 grams Chicken with 200 rice

Meal 4-7 egg whites 200 rice

Meal 5-200 grams Chicken and Broccoli cup. With 200 rice


Meal 6-220 grams with a thickness of cup
Aspragos.

  Before Exercise: I drink 10 grams bcaa + glutamine
Ataiwl after exercise drink 60 grams hydro whey protein
25 minutes after the drink Guetord

    That's a prototypical brofood diet except for the potatoes as normally it's sweet potatoes in the bro diet.

    Maybe all of that chicken is fried chicken? That would make it more reasonable.
