I don't have any recipes because that sounds like a lot of work to me, but I love Perfect Bars. I believe they are vegan, non GMO and Gluten free. They taste sooo good too! So if you are looking for something in a pinch I would check them out!

Check out Chocolate Covered Katie's website, it's a whole blog dedicated to healthy vegan desserts. So I'm sure she has several protein bar recipes.
