Hi though I'd introduce myself.
I've just joined today and I so hope it helps me!
I'm 41 and fed up of struggling with my weight! It's getting me down so much.
I'm currently 12 stone 3 pounds and I'm 5 feet 2 ins.
Really hope this site helps.

Good luck! there are loads of tools and groups to help here. You have to do the hard work, but it's nice to have people struggling right along with you

I've just been looking at the success stories and I'm in awe!
I'm just really depressed at the minute with the way I look! I hide myself away and won't let my partner look at me naked! My confidence is at an all time low!
I had an ex partner who used to call me fat and that I looked disgusting.
I just really need this for me! X
