How can I maintain my weight after losing weight with only 500 calories a day?

    Why are you only eating 500 calories? Why did you only eat 500 calories? I don't see any way possible to maintain on that little without experiencing severe medical problems.

    Can you elaborate a little as I also read that you only consume 500 calories a day and that surely can't be right!

    What do you mean by this?

    You have to find your maintenance level to maintain your weight. This may take some trial and error, but start with one of those fancy calculators, for instance this one, http://www.muscleforlife.com/macronutrient-calculator/ weight yourself regularly, and adjust your intake until your weight stabilizes. It will fluctuate from day to day, but within a range of maybe no more than three pounds.
