How many calories to eat?

I have stalled after only losing 5 pounds. Ten to go to goal! I have given up grains, gluten, soft drinks, sweeteners, processed foods, and eat mostly Paleo. I drink plenty of liquids and eat high protein, high veggie, some fruit, and low carb. I am a T1 diabetic and have thyroid disease, so losing weight is pretty tricky. I figured out my BMR? and set my calories when working out 5 days a week at 1510. If it is too low, I don't lose weight. Still the needle does not move. My sodium is usually under 2300 too. What else can I change to get the scale moving again?
