I'm good at staying active and eating my fruits and veggies but when it comes to ideas of putting a full meal together I struggle. I need some good suggestion

For the meat portion, chicken (thighs, drumsticks, or breasts) with a tiny bit of olive oil brushed on, followed with simple sea salt and fresh cracked pepper is good oven roasted. I also love almost ALL veggies roasted the same way- most especially asparagus, broccoli, carrots and potatoes.

I also enjoy chicken (and my family likes beef) seasoned with h/m fajita seasoning, and sauteed with onions and peppers. I often eat this by itself (but enjoy it in a tortilla occasionally). Can serve with rice and a salad if you like.0 -
