A few months ago I really got into health and fitness. With doing so I have read several articles concerning fat burning. I understand fitness, toning and calorie counting. I do all of the above. I was wondering what everyone thinks about "fat burning fruits" Has anyone seen results from any fruit in-particular, does it not work at all, ect....

There's no such thing as a food that burns fat. Period.

Fat is lost when you expend more calories than you take in. You eat at a deficit. That's it.

    Sorry...

No such thing..........sounds like Dr Oz woo.

Just stick to the basics, eat at a modest caloric deficit and exercise on a regular basis (while exercise is for fitness numerous studies have demonstrated that people who are active are more likely to keep the weight off in the long term and that improved fitness mitigates some of the health deficits caused by being overweight)

There are none. Generally the foods that make that list are less likely to cause bloating, have decent fiber or protein, have a higher concentration of vitamins and are low in calories. Those factors help cause a calorie deficit naturally.

    No.

You burn fat by eating less than you burn, period.

    Fruit is tasty, however!

I love to eat anything I want on my "diet". The good thing with favoring lots of vegetables and fiber rich foods in your diet is that it's gonna keep you fuller for fewer calories. But it's not "magic fat burning food"...

Fat takes awhile to get rid of--hence the "fat burning" rage in the dieting media. Don't believe the hype. Fat comes off like it goes on--slowly.
