Hey guys just finished my first proper hiit session but what do I log it as? I've put it down as circuit training, that would be close enough? Xx

I use "Calisthenics, vigorous effort". For what's it worth. It is all really just a guess.0

I have a Fitbit with a HRM so I can get an accurate calorie burn for me. I then made a HIIT category for my exercises list and each time I do the class, I log whatever the burn was for that day.1
