Hello Veliia, I am doing the program with my daughter. It helps to keep both of us motivated. Started on Feb.18,2016 and am loving the lifestyle change, that's what we call it, not diet! Only gonna weigh once a month, to avoid getting discouraged and if not losing tons of weight or maybe even gain a pound or two,will take it on as challenge.my daughter has some pretty good suggestions as I do for her.
