hello all
ok, no doubt this topic has been raised a thousand times before, but could'nt find it anywhere so will ask again if you don't mind
been working out at home with dumbbells, and doing push ups (getting pretty good considering the weight i need to actually push up!)
but beginning to notice my right arm looking slightly bigger than my left, especially my triceps
i try my hardest to do exactly the same with both arms, have a big mirror and watch as best i can to ensure both arms are doing the same thing,
however my right arm always feels its had better workout, and its beginning to show i think,
the only thing i can think is that when i was about 9 or 10 i broke my left wrist (both bones in my arm just above the wrist) and previously had not noticed but i can rotate my right arm more than my left slightly, but not to the point where i cant do similar bicep curls etc
is there a solution, i'e add an extra couple of lbs to my left dumbbell or do an extra rep or two with it?
beginning to be really conscious of it
thanks
