Hi :)

Hi!! I downloaded this a couple weeks ago and that's pretty much it. I have a 9 month old ad haven't lost any of the weight. In fact I've gained 35 on top of the 30 from pregnancy. I'm a stay at home mom so my day consists of sitting in the floor with baby, playing with baby, and lots of chasing baby!! I find myself eating for no reason and usually that is sweets!!! None of my clothes fit and it's sweats and hoodies every single day. I've lost all confidence and hitting my goal before summer is out of the question. I struggle with making plans for myself to follow. I just wish there was someone who said "here's a beginner workout plan and a meal plan for you to follow." This app seems very helpful I wish I just had the tools and confidence to continue. Looking up diets or workouts is really overwhelming since there seem to be millions of each!!! I just want the old me back, maybe even a healthier old me!!!
